The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple in color, it needs a fair amount of swirling to unlock notes of crème de cassis, boysenberries and Morello cherries, plus hints of Indian spices, fragrant earth, truffles and crushed rocks. The medium to full-bodied palate is very tightly wound with layers of savory, earth and black fruits notes, framed by super firm, super ripe tannins and bold freshness, finishing with fantastic length.
